Stephanie Moran is a Closer and licensed Notary Public with twelve years of experience in the title industry.  Since the founding of Vista Title in January 2015, Mrs. Moran has acted as the main point of contact for all clients, real estate agents and lenders, while handling all aspects of the real estate closing process, including title orders, abstracting, document preparation and the closing of transactions.  Mrs. Moran also manages the team and offices of Vista Title and handles business development and client relations for the company.

Mrs. Moran graduated from Mount Carmel Academy in 2000.  She attended Loyola University New Orleans and graduated with Bachelor degree in Communications in 2004.

She is a member of the Louisiana Land Title Association, the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Title Attorneys, the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Brittany Arnemann is the Managing Attorney for Vista Title and a licensed title insurance agent for First American.  She handles title examinations and residential and commercial real estate closings.  Mrs. Arnemann has a legal background in corporate and real estate law, having specialized in contracts, leases, real estate transactions and development, and corporate formation and compliance.

Mrs. Arnemann graduated from St. Mary’s Dominican High School in 2003.  She attended Louisiana State University and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration.  Mrs. Arnemann attended Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law and graduated in 2010, ranking in the top 10% of her class.

She is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Land Title Association, the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Title Attorneys, the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors.
